A passion that started from a very young age, Esther Correia has music in her soul and we had the opportunity to discuss with her during her photoshooting with Lee Dos Reis.

WHEN DID YOU DISCOVER YOUR LOVE FOR MUSIC?

Music has been essential in my life since childhood. Since I was a child, I had an urge for music that is indescribable. And I describe this urge as true love, as a passion.

WHEn WAS YOUR FIRST PERFORMANCE AND HOW DID YOU FEEL?

No matter how excited I was, I felt so good in my skin, I felt weightless, it was a magical moment.

Touching people by telling my own story, my own feelings was incredible for me. It was one of the most beautiful moments and pure peace.

HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE YOUR MUSIC / SOUND?

My music / songs are stories, feelings and experiences from my life that I can best express, and convey them when I sing. Singing and composing, both are simply part of me. I love it when it's accoustic, simple. But because I also love electro/house, and because I am convinced that you can also express your feelings with l dancing/partying. I like to do both. My first single [Earth Water Fire] is rather, jazzy, soft, and Dr.Goodlife (also my producer) made a remix out of it. I wanted to show, hey, music has no limits. And we made two totally different songs out of one song.

Music has been essential in my life since childhood. Since I was a child, I had an urge for music that is indescribable.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO PURSUE YOUR DREAM?

I want to share my feelings, my experiences. I want to show people that they are not alone, that they have the right to feel. That the most beautiful things in life happen when you express yourself and are not ashamed. It's all about the moment! I have understood that I have been living my dream for a long time!  And this realisation makes me go on and on.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT UP NEXT (PROJECTS/MUSIC)?

A new project is just around the corner. There is no turning back now. Because when you want something, you get it.
